The NEPSE Index is currently moving within an important technical structure on the 3-day chart. This NEPSE technical analysis breaks down the rejection from the previous high, the Blackmind Curve, QFL, the liquidity sweep area and the potential reversal zone — and explains why a Positive Engulfing pattern is needed before a bullish reversal can be considered.
NEPSE Market Analysis: Current Technical Setup
The NEPSE Index is currently moving within an important technical structure. The chart highlights several key areas: rejection, QFL, the Blackmind Curve, liquidity sweep and a potential reversal zone.
The main idea behind this analysis is not to predict exactly where the market must reverse. Instead, the goal is to identify where a meaningful reaction could develop and then wait for confirmation from price action.
Rejection From the Previous High
The first important structure on the chart is the rejection area near the previous market high. NEPSE attempted to move above this area but was unable to produce a successful breakout.
Instead of sustaining above the resistance level, price was rejected and moved back toward the downside. This rejection showed that buyers were unable to maintain control around the previous high.
After that rejection, the market gradually shifted back toward a bearish structure.
Blackmind Curve: The Broader Declining Structure
The curved line drawn on the chart represents the Blackmind Curve used in this analysis framework. After the rejection from the upper level, price has continued to follow the broader downside direction represented by this curve.
The curve is not being used as an independent buy or sell signal. Instead, it provides a visual reference for the current market structure and shows how NEPSE has gradually moved lower after the previous rejection.
As long as price continues respecting this broader declining structure, the downside scenario remains relevant.
QFL – Quantity Following Line Explained
The QFL represents the Quantity Following Line within this analysis framework. The main concept behind QFL is that a previous supply or market reaction may repeat when similar market conditions develop again.
The previous supply area created significant selling pressure. The current analysis therefore watches whether a similar reaction could develop as the market continues moving through the present structure.
QFL should not be considered a guaranteed signal. It becomes more useful when combined with market structure, rejection, liquidity and candlestick confirmation.
NEPSE Liquidity Sweep: The Key Lower Level
One of the most important levels on the current NEPSE chart is the Liquidity Sweep area. The market may move below or around this previous liquidity level before creating a meaningful bullish reaction.
A liquidity sweep would mean that price temporarily moves into the lower liquidity area before buyers begin entering the market again.
The important point is that reaching this area alone does not confirm a reversal. The market must show evidence that buyers are actually taking control.
NEPSE Reversal Zone: The Zone to Watch
The highlighted lower area represents the main Reversal Zone in this analysis. This is the area where I will be watching NEPSE more closely for a possible bullish reaction.
The analysis suggests that the market may continue toward this lower zone before attempting to reverse. However, the zone itself should not be treated as an automatic buying area.
Price action inside the zone will be more important than simply reaching it.
Positive Engulfing Is Important for Confirmation
For a stronger bullish reversal scenario, I would like to see a Positive Engulfing pattern around the reversal area. The Positive Engulfing pattern would indicate that buyers are beginning to regain control after the bearish move.
Without confirmation, the reversal area remains only a potential reaction zone.
Main Bullish Reversal Scenario
This is the scenario I will monitor if NEPSE continues moving lower. The important part is confirmation — the market should prove the reversal instead of assuming that the reversal zone will automatically hold.
Alternative Scenario: Bullish Before the Reversal Zone
There is also another possible scenario. NEPSE may not reach the lower reversal zone. If the market begins showing strong bullish behavior from the current area, it could attempt to move back toward the recent swing / lower-high area visible on the chart.
In that situation, the lower reversal-zone scenario would become less important in the short term. Both possibilities should remain open, and the market itself must confirm which scenario becomes active.
Market continues lower toward the liquidity sweep and reversal zone, where a Positive Engulfing pattern is needed for confirmation.
Market turns bullish from the current structure and moves toward the recent swing / lower-high level before reaching the reversal zone.
Key Takeaways: NEPSE Technical Analysis Summary
- ❍・The previous resistance area produced a strong rejection.
- ❍・NEPSE failed to sustain a breakout above the previous high.
- ❍・The Blackmind Curve currently represents the broader declining market structure.
- ❍・QFL is being used to study whether previous supply behavior may repeat.
- ❍・The liquidity area remains an important level to monitor.
- ❍・The highlighted lower area represents the potential reversal zone.
- ❍・A Positive Engulfing pattern around the reversal zone would strengthen the bullish reversal scenario.
- ❍・If NEPSE becomes bullish before reaching the reversal zone, price may move toward the recent swing / lower-high area.
- ❍・The reversal zone is a potential reaction area, not a guaranteed market bottom.
The NEPSE Index remains inside a broader corrective structure after failing to break the previous resistance area. For now, the main focus is on how price behaves as it approaches the liquidity and reversal zones. The preferred bullish setup is Liquidity Sweep → Reversal Zone → Positive Engulfing → Confirmation. But if the market turns bullish before reaching the projected reversal zone, the focus will shift toward the recent swing level. The goal is not to predict the exact bottom.
